What will we do with selected images?
Our main use of the images will be to craft them into short videos and show them in high-stress environments such as hospitals and schools. We call this kindness media EnSpireTM. We understand the science and have studied the impact of these videos — they rapidly uplift viewers and decrease stress, irritation, and anxiety. They also affect how people treat each other!
We might also use the images in our social media posts, on our website, and potentially in digital or printed publications, other videos, and galleries.
Here is a sample video where you can see how we use the images to inspire people:

All image usage will be exclusively for Envision Kindness projects, outreach, and mission building in a non-commercial way. By non-commercial, we mean that the submitted images will not be sold or licensed to third parties for commercial use (in conjunction with advertising a product or service) without the prior consent of, and further compensation, to the photographer.

How often can you submit?
Select Photographers are welcome to submit up to ten images of kindness to Envision Kindness for consideration per month. There is no limit to the total number of images we might accept per month through this program.

Will people know the image is yours?
Yes! All photographers will be visibly credited for their work. Our goal is for the photographers who are part of this mission to be recognized for both their artistic and humanistic contributions.

If your image is accepted, will you still own your image?
Yes! You retain the copyright to your image. If your image is accepted, you give Envision Kindness non-exclusive license to use your image in our work to promote kindness. Read more about our Terms & Conditions here.

Please note that only photographers who are invited to be part of the Select Photographers Program are eligible to submit images for consideration, and an honorarium will only be paid for submitted images that are accepted. If an image is not accepted, it will not be added to our library, and we will not use it in any way.
Photographers will need to agree to a nonexclusive licensing agreement with Envision Kindness for each accepted image.

Is there anything else you should know?
Photographers participating in this program are part of a bigger effort to elevate kindness, joy, compassion, and love in our communities. Accepted images will be streamed into impactful locations, shared across the internet, and integrated into programming that helps improve the quality of life for people around the world.
By participating in the Envision Kindness Select Photographers program, you will not only increase visibility and awareness of your work and photography, you will also help to make the world a better place.
Technical requirements and image submission guidelines can be found in our terms.
