Photo of the Week #62: “Praying for Each Other”
“This photo is from 1st of April, 2014 in Burauen, Leyte, Philippines. I was one of the official photographers of the relief operation for the people affected by Typhoon Haiyan, known as Super Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines. I caught these two young boys genuinely praying for each other. I believe this photo depicts so much of kindness because when you pray for each other you’re communicating that you really care and love this person you are praying for, that you’re entrusting this person to our God. It is more than caring and loving for one another allowing God to intervene through your lives. I believe this is the greatest thing you can touch a person’s heart, through prayer (edited for length).”
